Cancellations

We will confirm your cancellation and process any eligible refund within 5-7 business days
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may not be eligible for a full refund
No-show sessions where you do not attend the scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund

Services that were not used due to the student's own failure to attend scheduled sessions
